Prince Edward County council again has joined a push to have the province give local communities more control over planning and development.
Yesterday, County council’s Committee of the Whole voted to support a resolution from Loyalist Township to give communities more control on where wind and solar energy projects can be developed.
Loyalist Township will be meeting with the premier on the issue.
