Hundreds of people are expected to learn about and protest industrial wind turbines tomorrow at the Milford fairgrounds in Prince Edward County.
The Alliance to Protect Prince Edward County, or APPEC, is holding a rally Sunday in protest of the province’s approval of a 27 turbine wind farm in South Marysburgh and Athol wards.
APPEC spokesperson Janny McCarthy says there will be all kinds of information, including on how big the turbines actually are.
She says people should know about things they can’t see as well.

There will be guest speakers as well as displays, and there will be live music and lots of food too.
McCarthy says everyone should be concerned.
