Are you up for a challenge?
#StepIntoNature at a Quinte Conservation Area. They are challenging you, your family and your friends to #HIKEQCA trails; all 75 kms of them!
Follow the rules below to enter.
- Review and familiarize yourself with participating conservation areas and hike safety notes.
- Save trail maps from your smartphone or print from the QC website.
- Start hiking. Look for checkpoint signs. Take a selfie and post on social media account(s) with #HIKEQCA and #HealthyHikes.
- Once you have found all 13 checkpoints at 12 participating conservation areas fill out and submit the online form below.

- Potter’s Creek Conservation Area
- H.R. Frink Conservation Area (2 checkpoints – south side and north side)
- Vanderwater Conservation Area
- Sidney Conservation Area
- O’Hara Mill Conservation Area
- Little Bluff Conservation Area(Beginner, Intermediate and advanced level hiking – steep slopes on orange and blue trails)
- Macaulay Mountain Conservation Area(Intermediate to advanced level hiking, some steep slopes)
- Massassauga Point Conservation Area
- Beaver Meadow Conservation Area
- Sheffield Conservation Area(Intermediate to advanced level hiking on 4.5 km loop trail)
- Depot Lakes Conservation Area(Intermediate to advanced level hiking)
- Portland Conservation Area
