Electricity means jobs. The Quinte Economic Development Commission is sending CEO Chris King to seminars next year on nuclear energy.
The aim is to find ways to get local industry involved in producing for the nuclear industry.
Meanwhile, yesterday, the Commission heard that the construction of the Darlington 2 nuclear plant will create 10 thousand good jobs for a 10 year period, starting in 2013.
That will be sure to create an economic boost in the Quinte region.
